Our service and maintenance division employees experienced union technicians who are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to service any roofing emergency.


Preventive Maintenance

Our roofing technicians perform a thorough roof inspection twice a year to ensure that your roof is free of deficiencies and is prepared to handle the rigors of your environment. Each inspection includes the cleaning of drains and gutters, re-application of deteriorated caulking and repair of minor roof system defects.


Roof Surveys & Due Diligence

Once our service team has conducted a comprehensive roof inspection, we provide you with a professional survey of your roof assets. All aspects of the inspection and repair process are thoroughly documented both with written reports and digital imagery. Computer generated reports containing digitally integrated photographs and drawings can be used for due diligence or presentations to management

Our goal is to change the modes of roof management from reactive, to a more pro-active process. The purpose is to get ahead of the roof problems before the damage is done. In order to obtain trouble free performance from your roof system, annual maintenance is a must. RoofersInc.'s Roof Asset Management program starts with a visual survey of your roof system. A report is generated and stored on a web server that can be conveniently accessed by the facility representative and RoofersInc. personnel. TectaTracker, our web-based asset management software generates custom reports containing data, photographs and drawings. These tools also help maintain a roof history, plan budget expenditures and eventually project roof replacement costs.
