The project involved the removal of 68,000 sq. ft. of the existing roof system, installation of a new fluid applied roof membrane in an IRMA configuration, related sheet metal flashings, and installation of a new window washing davit system.

Installation of pedestrian protection and signage to protect, direct and control flow of employees and visitors to and from the facility. Installation of davit support required off-hour drilling of concrete to install thru-bolts inside offices throughout the facility.
