This high profile project required total removal and replacement of the existing pavers and membrane roofing with new hot fluid applied membrane roof system, insulation, pedestals, pavers and all related lead-coated copper sheet metal.

Project was highly visible as the facility is located directly west of the Capitol. All construction was to be completed prior to the January 2005 Presidential Inauguration.
