The project involved total removal of the existing clay tile roof system and installation of waterproofing membrane, treated wood sleepers, and a new clay tile roof system together with installation of new lead coated copper flashings and selective gutters.

Scaffolding was erected to eliminate the possibility of falling debris in addition to protection of all work surfaces. Pedestrian protection and signage was used to ensure the safety of all employees and the general public. All work was scheduled and performed to allow building operations to continue uninterrupted.
