Dean has been with Roofers since 2002 as a Lead Estimator/Project Manager, was promoted to Senior Vice President in May of 2008 and was appointed President in December 2008.

Dean attended Unitec Institute of Technology in New Zealand where he obtained two certificates from the Applied Technology Plumbing and Gasfitting Programme. Post graduation, Dean began his career in the construction industry as an Apprentice Plumber/Gasfitter.

The professional organizations that Dean has been affiliated with include: the NRCA, USGBC – Baltimore Chapter, Mid-Atlantic Roofing Contractors Association (MARCA), and founding member of the Kiwi Expat Association (KEA) – Washington D.C. Chapter.
