I enjoy my job at one of Tecta's operating units because of the variety of challenges I face every day, from dealing with employees, customers, estimators, vendors, schedules, and even the weather. I began working summers on the roof and then part-time during college as an expeditor. After graduating I became a Roofing Superintendent, and after 8 years was promoted to Operations Manager. In December of 2009, I became Vice President-Field Operations.
